Maintenance & Calibration

All equipment supplied by Lab Unlimited is covered by a minimum twelve-month manufacturer warranty. If a problem should occur, Lab Unlimited will also cover travel and labour charges relating to a warranty call out. Outside warranty, Service Contracts are available on all equipment supplied by Lab Unlimited. These contracts offer guaranteed response times and scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration times.

When equipment is under contract, Lab Unlimited's customer management database monitors and flags our service team a month before your contracted equipment is due for calibration. As a result, you will have the added security of Lab Unlimited monitoring your equipment calibration due dates. Our customer management database also provides us with the ability to store a complete service history on every piece of equipment, detailing its calibrations, repair details, and all documentation including service reports and calibration certificates.

We offer Service / Calibration Contracts on the majority of equipment for on-site or back-to-base services. Our back-to-base repair and calibration service is an economical service, eliminating travel to site charges and lowering hourly rates for labour hours. All Lab Unlimited personnel are fully trained and certified in the services they provide, affording them the experience and confidence to provide full technical support on applications, instrument operation, and problem troubleshooting. A detailed training database is also maintained for all Lab Unlimited personnel. As a Lab Unlimited customer, full training reports are also available to you.

Environmental Monitoring Equipment:

The service and calibration of all handheld monitoring equipment (Dissolved Oxygen, Conductivity, pH) is carried out on a back-to-base service at our calibration laboratory
Every aspect of your equipment's functionality is checked and calibrated using certified standards and test equipment, ensuring conformance to the manufacturer's specifications
All on-line monitoring equipment is checked and calibrated on your premises

General Laboratory Equipment:

The service team at Lab Unlimited offer a wide range of validation services, covering all general laboratory equipment
This equipment includes ovens/incubators, centrifuges, waterbaths/circulators, and balances

Pharmaceutical Testing Equipment:

Dissolution, Disintegration, Hardness, and Friability equipment make up a specialised division of our calibration services
Lab Unlimited supply a range of tablet testing equipment and offer full IQ/OQ and optional PQ on all operational parameters to USP specifications

Liquid Handling Equipment:

Pipettes, Diluters/Dispensers, Sampler, and Robotic Pipettes are just some of the Liquid Handling Equipment that Lab Unlimited can service and calibrate
We are also agents for the Hamilton range of liquid handling equipment
Full gravimetric calibration services are available on all of Hamilton's range, with all reported results traceable to national standards

Gas Flowmeters:

Lab Unlimited now offer a full repair and calibration service on all Agilent / J&W / Humonics GC gas flowmeters
All models within the Optiflow, ADM, and Veriflow ranges are fully supported
All calibrations carried out are traceable to NIST standards
