As part of our maintenance service, we supply all parts required for many OEM instruments including Waters, Agilent, Shimadzu, Hitatchi.

GC & HPLC Systems Validation

As the industry becomes increasingly scrutinised by governing bodies, we provide you with a range of validation services that meet all criteria. Equipment qualification in the form of Operation Qualification is another important component for laboratory instrumentation. Carl Stuart Ltd offer unique packages that are specific to you and your requirements.

Operation Qualification

Meeting today's market requirements, Lab Unlimited can offer you a series of validation procedures, complying with all regulatory bodies. Where applicable, we offer an Operation Qualification of each system module and an overall holistic testing of the instrument. As we can both repair and recalibrate the instrument, we ensure your instrument's compliance. Compliance is achieved by consulting with you and outlining the various checks currently being performed, either in-house or by external providers. Using our V: Kit we can perform OQ/PQ tests on all makes of analytical equipment. We'll supply a process of full traceability, which is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.

The FDA and IMB demand that laboratories calibrate their instrumentation at suitable intervals. As laboratories become increasingly busy, Lab Unlimited provides a comprehensive validation service including all materials, protocols and most importantly, traceability for the production of OQ certificates.
